First it's not amnesty second they will stay at the top of the list for green cards or citizenship whichever process they are in.The bill isn't a green card or citizenship it's a work visa.The numbers are already worked into the amounts of visa that will be given over the years to new immigrants applying or those that have applied.So even if the ones that are here aren't given the z-visa's we'll still allow X amount of visa's which added to the amount of illegals if the bill doesn't pass to very huge amounts of people coming into the country.So it's better to give those here already the visa's so we don't get flooded.I'm really tired did I make myself clear? LOL
Amnesty is unfair to those legal aliens who have worked their butts off for the right to come here while the illegal aliens broke into this country to sell drugs and murder Americans.

I hope they get special preference, but if they don't it will be wrong.I have already heard many complaining its taking for ever to get there green cards, sounds like they already have a back log and they haven't even signed this bill.
