A friend from the Philippines is in the USA on a 6 month business Visa.?

This friendship has grown stronger and we are considering getting married. If that happens will she have to go back to the Philippines or would she be able to stay? Her trip to the USA was for legit business purposes and not with the idea of getting married.

Answer:
She was approved for a business visa. If she plans to get married, she has to come back otherwise she will be deported and that will not be good for her records at the US Embassy in the Philippines. She will be blacklisted.
get married before she leaves and work the issues later.

you would stand a better chance of getting her back if you marry now.
As long as she currently has visa to stay in the US, all you have to do is to adjust status and request for permanent residency. You will need to marry her and file your petition before her visa runs out. She should be fully approved to become restricted permanent resident in 6-9 months. Hope this helps.
