I noticed that 129F visa processing times are not listed?

does anyone know why this is ? has there been some changes to the visa ?

Oh, I wouldn't worry about it. The American Government is so lax on every following up with people that over stay their visa, that it is unlikely you will get caught. I heard that students that come here on Visas usually buy a one-way ticket and then just turn each other in to the INS for a FREE plane ride home when they are ready to leave. Maybe the change is they aren't even going to bother looking for you now.
