If new immigration law approved, what will happen to people already waiting for visa?

They will all go to the back of the line for following the rules
you will be put to the back of the line.
You most likely will get to wait longer because all of the "new laws and regulations" they will all be busy giving the illegal aliens amnesty to deal with the people waiting for a visa.
Under the proposed bill they would go to the back end of a very long line of criminals that are being rewarded for breaking the law.
They will, in effect, be punished for doing the right thing.
