Ramos & Compeon? Or a new case? They didn't even commit a crime. They were doing their job. This is a really sad example of why the illegals keep coming in. They barely get a slap on the wrist for committing felonies while Americans are punished to the fullest extent for doing their job.
Yep, I beleive you are talking about the border patrol agents that are in jail now for doing the exact same thing. These guys are in prison for protecting our borders and doing their job but yet are being put in jail because Mexicos government wanted to cry "false". It is just a bunch of horse pucky!

was sentenced by a jury.currently on appeal and seeking presidential pardon.Key here is SENTENCED BY A JURY.I do NOT agree with the sentence for him or his partner.They had terrible lawyers and the prosecutor did his homework.As unfair as our system of justice can appear,it beats tribunals and chaos.
yeah its an OUTRAGE! How people think its OK that because a person is illegal they deserve to be shot in the back.

There are two more important points here. Not only did the guy have drugs, he was later caught with drugs again, and was not prosecuted.
Point 2, the reason for the conviction was because they didn't report having fired a shot because they thought they didn't even hit him, he came running out of the water on the other side.
But sort of like Robbie Barone, he was shot in the "upper thigh", and it seems like it wasn't enough to keep him from running to a waiting car.
Now, not reporting firing your weapon, according to the youtube video, is punishable by 3 days with no pay. So, these men are not home with their families, or helping out their co-workers who are in need of all the people they can get, is because of fouled up paperwork. And the scum with the drugs for our kids, well, he got immunity to testify about being shot in the "upper thigh" for crossing illegally and running when ordered to stop.
Shame they didn't have better aim. Dead bodies don't talk, and don't smuggle drugs to get our kids addicted.
Strive: you are right, as I just stated, one through the heart and our LEGAL agents would be at work, and YOUR ILLEGAL wouldn't still be smuggling drugs. Instead he has a boo boo on his butt and our agents are locked up. And he is still running drugs. Is he your supplier Strive? Is that why you are so upset?
Well if they don't follow protocol and shoot someone, of course they will be disciplined. He SHOT someone!
