If " they" are here!,,,would be any difference by granting the people( Immigrants ) who crossed ( illegaly )the border and touched U.S Land with " Migrant, Human, Laboral, & Civil Rights ?

You simply ask them.Racial profiling works!If they are Mexican assume they are illegal unless they prove otherwise.If they prove they are legal then no problems.

At any rate, I can't figure out what it is you're trying to ask. We should be allowed to ask each individual we suspect is an illegal, to see their green card, visa, or work permit. If they're illegal, call the police, ICE, or INS and let them deal with it.
When your name ID & SS# end up on there loans, pay stub,etc. You don't know so when they are stopped for whatever or checked in a raid then you or they will have a free pass to jail then deported. Thats 1 free bee that i like them to have. Just my thought.

We can't grant them amnesty because that will mean that another 200 million will be right over then. Let's see..you have insurance and so do your parents. How would you like bringing your Mom to the hospital with a heart attack only to find out that you are about 49th in line behind a bunch of illegals having babies. They have no insurance and you do. Yet, they get helped first and your Mom dies waiting. Now for the schools. How do you think school districts are going to pay to educate all those illegals? Taxpayers will have to pay for their free breakfast, free lunch, more schools and more teachers. Why? So the country can get more landscapers and hotel workers. It is very naive to think that they will just blend into the population. They will not. They have brought Mexico here with them. Same language, same customs. We are being told to learn Spanish to communicate. They can either learn English or go back to Mexico. Construct the fence along the whole border and begin kicking back any criminals, drug dealers, and gang members first. Every day 12 born here Americans are killed by illegals. They have to go.
You can always tell in Arizona. Just look for the truck or cars with the wheels sticking out about a foot and they seem to love the cowboy hat's. Oh, another way to tell down here in AZ, just go to any Home Depot or Lowe's and you can find them hanging out at the entrance driveway just waiting for someone to come along and say "I need 2" and off they go running. Or just stop by the local 7-11 or am/pm or circle K from 5am til about 2pm. Welcome to the area's that are invested. Not the subburbs who only see it on the news, this is what we see every day of every year, just like Clifornia, Texas, New Mexico and finally Florida. Are you trying to say that if we can't tell by looking at them what difference does it make? Well, the difference is that the Hispanic people that are here legally are getting a bad rap and they worked hard to be here. The ones who didn't are here illegally and that is a crime, they are therefore criminals. Can you tell who is a rapist or a murderer by looking at them? Is there a difference though? No one will buy this!
bump into him and snatch his wallet and if he has a social security card and a drivers license then turn around and give it back if he doesn't the give the contents of it to your local immigration office if he is here legally then they will have his information in a file and hey will just call him up and give it right back to him if he isn't then I am pretty sure he wont go there looking for it and you will haver given money or whatever back to the country that he/she is screwing over by living here and not paying the taxes like everybody else. I don't care if someone doesn't speak English or not after all I don't speak any Native American languages, But I don't think Illegals should get out of paying the taxes and have receive government assistance programs just like citizens just so they can send all their money back home to Mexico it just doesn't seem right to me. I don't get these assistance programs and I am a citizen. Although I am thinking about putting a trust company together and buying a whole lot of land in mexico sometime soon. I know Americans can't own land in Mexico
( funny because Mexicans can own land in America no problem ) But I can own 90% of the stock in a American based company that owns land in America GM did it so can I. We should just buy most of their country outright and then we could work on their economic development and make it better down there so they don't have to come up here. and at the same time make a smaller rich Mexico and that would solve a whole lot of problems both of us have.
