According to Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo; only Mexicans deserve Legalization, Amnesty & Civil Rights in USA?
and
How many illegals will remind undocumented in USA?
Answer:
The Treaty's "Amnesty" was for only at that time and only covered the people living in the areas of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona...at the end of the War in 1848...we fought a war and bought the land so it is the US's...not Mexico's anymore.
Too many ! Burn the treaty.
that was for then, this is now.
Please quote chapter and verse
You know, it's much easier to type "illegal" then undocumented and a lot more correct.
According to the treaty, Mexican citizens do not belong here! This is the United States of America, not Mexico!!
Mexicans have no rights for anything in America because this is not their country or their land. They don't deserve "Legalization, Amnesty & Civil Rights in USA."
Read your history, dude! You are totally wrong!
From what I remember when I read it, Mexicans living in the land acquired in the treaty had the option of becoming US citizens or stay Mexican and leave the US. So it is not even an issue anymore since 1. They are all dead 2. those who wanted to be Americans stayed and those who did not left.
