i know what domestic violence is, but not demostic..
Do you mean "domestic" and what's your question?
what do you want to know be more pacific.
Sadly...there is no mention of domestic violence in the immigration law. There are many other cultures who seem to think it's just fine to abuse women. Not to mention the extreem who advocate genital mutilation as "part of their culture or relegion". I guess eventually we're supposed to "tolerate" stoning and aputation and be-headings since it's part of other "cultures". I DO NOT and am sick to think we as American citizens should "accept" these things as "cultural differences". Ready for child molestation? It's NORMAL in other cultures. Where do you draw the line on barbaric behavior and simple "differences"?
See the Violence Against Women Act.

Keep out the people who don't want to assimilate into American culture, and you won't have these cultural clashes. American culture does not include a belief that women are second class citizens.

If only our immigration laws were enforced, this would never be an issue. One more reason to build a wall.... and counting.
There can be special visas for victims if that is what you mean, if they were green card holders by virtue of marriage and they need to leave a violent situation. I don't know much about it, though. You might call a battered women's shelter, if that is what you were thinking of.
