We would do very nicely without them. We could reopen hospitals, have functioning social services for LEGAL people, and hear english being spoken again.

Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but people have this funny knack that compels them to survive in rough conditions. We have been relying on illegals for so long now, that yes it would take a few months to get everything back in order - but we WOULD eventually get everything back on track.
Sure, we'd have to pay the new crop workers more, but we'd more than make up for it by not having to pay for bilingual services for you silly ingrates.
While deporting every illegal alien is impractical, America would survive without their labor. It always adapts to any challenge. Look at how fast we adjusted to the loss of so many men and women during WWII. Pick up on it, dude. America is bigger than any of it's part. That's what makes it great.

Wow. I'm not too sure about your comment. All I have to say is that I do not mind if people come to this country legally and contribute fully. Really, that's all I am really asking for out of this whole immigration debate.
That's false to believe someone is irreplaceable with regards to employment.
They might make it, I don't know. But they are not going to deport us because the riots that would ensue if they tried would cost them too much.
we did just fine before them. They "created" a whole subclass of cheap labor that created their own jobs. Take landscaping. I cut my lawn as a kid, plus some of the people in the area. Eneter cheap mexicans and now a middle class personc an afford the luxury of not cutting his own lawn. Most of us could use the exercise! I think we'd be just fine. The money we'd save on medicaid and legal costs would be well worth it.
People should only come here in a legal way and have the right papers. No, illegals have no business here.

Didn't you try something like that before? We Americans loved it too. showed us just how serious a problem illegals really are. driving that day was nice too. we survived before you illegals showed up and we will do just fine without you.
