It didn't work because all the subsequent administrations, from Bush Sr. Clinton and Bush Jr, didn't enforce those laws...You can't blame it all on Reagan, he did enact secure borders, they were never actually enforced.Its a cause and effect, you give amnesty to 6 million people, whats the next step, YOU SECURE THE BORDERS, its not rocket science...Too much corruption at the highest levels in this govt. along with the others...

I agree with Angela. This has been going on for a really long time, I mean look at our levees from hurricane Katrina!
