Teens have no concept of reality...all they care about are ipods and video games.
teens don't pay mortgages, property taxes, federal taxes, social security, or even vote. Teens are typically sheltered from reality till they are out on their own.

i used to work with a lot of illegal immigrants at a restuarant and they told me there stories and how they (they lived poor to me but they were so happy and content with what they had) couldnt become citizens because it was too expensive and they needed to support their families
i get why people hate on illegal immigrants so much, but doning that solely for economic purposes is bullshit.
i live in california, and i dont know how our economy, dependent on agriculture, would function without illegal immigrants
many are great people just trying to make their world and ours a better place and they should be commended for that, not chastised.

when i was in middle school there was a propane explosion at my house which destroyed my house and my sisters almost died and were in the hospital a long time and it was a huge hardship for me because not only was i homeless and my sister in the icu at stanford, but i had to move away from the small town i loved and the poeple i loved to the suburbs.
I am an adult now but my teen years were rough.
Also how could you say not family but you personally when teens have to live with their families and those families can make their lives filled with hardship if they aren't in a stable home?
You must think all teenagers in America are the epitomy of what is displayed on "My sweet 16 bday" on MTV!
I've gone without hot water for the winter and electricity. I wasn't raised spoiled but that is not a hardship, that is a blessing :)
My views on illegal immigration.
First, we have laws we need them enforced.
Second, I don't have a problem with people trying to create a better life for their families but I do have a problem when they expect others to cater to their culture and don't bother understanding our laws.
I also understand that apparently, our current nwo fanatical politicians dont even understand our laws or they pretend they dont exist.
If you are an illegal immigrant that hates America so much, you don't have to be here much like people who emigrate out of America because it turns out that it's not their cup of tea.
I'm not a teen. GLitter just bugs me and I need to respond to her comment. Mexico is not a starving nation. Some of the other central Americans have marginal diets, but if we really want to let people in from truely starving nations, we should give the jobs the illegal takes to Africans rather than latin Americans. Look at any map about starvation and malnutrition. Illegal immigration does not help the people most in need.

illegal immigrations illegal n all that, but i think most of the illegals come here to work n get money for their family. if i was them n i couldnt come here legally id do the same thing. i kinda been through a hardship i guess, when we lived in puerto rico we were living kinda poor. i was living in a bad area n everybody there was living poor. my parents struggled to put food on the table every day, sumtimes it wasnt a lot of food n sumtimes id go to bed still kinda hungry but at least they always managed to have sumthin for us to eat. i guess i kinda see why people would come here illegally u know wat i mean?
