You need to ask an office in the UK this. Ask them from a prepaid cell phone some stuff, they won't trace you and come get then ha ha if worried (always legal to ask). You will have to take your time with this- I think you are trying to run before you walk. From my personal experience- this would be my advice to you- If you are married already and live in... Poland??? Do you live there together? You should have your husband apply for a UK Settlement Visa. I dont think it will be that big of a deal- but it will take some time.
Settlement visas for the UK cost about $500- not sure what that equals in Euros... If you go to the UK office in your area you can get them done every quickly- if you do it by mail, it can take some time... you sound like you are in a hurry.
That's the UP side of things... the DOWN side of your situation is that for your husband to be granted a UK visa- YOU must be able to provide proof to the Visa office that YOU can support him all by yourself with out using public funds! Ie- having a job already... having a place to live etc...
