I want to immigrate out of the US to increase my quality of life and create a better life for my children?

what is the country that has a fairly open immigration policy?

Answer:
No where in the world will you have the freedom and protection like you do in the US. True, things have gone down hill here and we have to protect our children from immoral thinking and the ways of a corrupt world...but that is everywhere.
Any country that is LOSING people to war, poverty, etc. Most high-quality countries that are higher than the US probably don't have many openings for emigrants. Like Sweden, Norway, etc. Good luck.
"One survey reveals who the happiest people in the world are and offers a glimpse into what creates a positive quality of life.

London-based market research company GfK NOP (Growth from Knowledge NOP), part of the GfK Group, one of the top four market research organizations worldwide, has conducted a comprehensive survey that reveals who the happiest people in the world are.

According to a press release of the annual GfK NOP, Roper Reports Worldwide survey conducted in-depth personal interviews with 30,000 people age 13 and older, across more than 30 countries in five continents between December 2004 and February 2005. The data was weighted to the sampled population in each country.

The survey concluded that the top five happiest groups were to be found in Australia, the United States, Egypt, India and the United Kingdom and Canada, tying for fifth place."

I would start with Australia, US, Egypt, India, UK and Canada.
well my first reaction is why leave the US for quality of life.we have it really good here. However Canada and the countires in the United Kingdom might be your best bet. And I think the land down under they are pretty easy immigration policy. I hope you don't realize that the grass is not always greener on the otherside.
Then dont let the foor hit you in the A-- on the way out...
You ever heard that phrase "The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence."? I think you will be disapointed wherever you go, and want to come back.
Tell you what, make sure to send all of your money back here for us to use.
"Immigrate" is to come into a country.

"Emigrate" is to leave a country.

Therefore, you "emigrate from" the U.S., and "immigrate to" another country.

I was pretty sure you'd like to know; you don't want to get in the wrong line.
When you find that place, you need to let the rest of the world know! Most citizens from other nations think its best to be here, or didnt you notice? Lots of places, like Canada, wont let you in unless they have a need for your job skills, and you already have a job there. Some places like Tahiti wont let you move there permanently under any circumstances. Lots of the desert nations all over Africa will let you in but its gonna be tough to find a job, water, or a cool place. The south pole is pretty open but other problems are there. Most of the jungle areas are easy to immigrate to and you wont require heat in your house, and probably get plenty of rain water, but there is no electricity, jobs, medical care, or safety. In these places you are completely free to manage your quality of life as you see it. No restrictions on you at all.
go to Mexico.
The way i see it, To increase USA quality of life is to deport you and family and others like you to mars.there no place here for people like you .I hope you do not call yourself to Christian,Because you sure don't like one.Maybe God will say to you Hell maybe a good place for you .Best you get save and Find Jesus Christ
Mexico, now that all the mexicans have move over here, there are a lot of empty houses, don't have to bother in voting for your favorite politician, they do it for you,the only inconveniences are that most of the land and politicians are own by the drug cartel, and the only sport for the public to see is soccer
If you have never traveled outside of the US, then you should by all means start exploring your options as a tourist in the countries of interest. Stay in the areas that have business opportunities for you so that you can see how they really live from day to day - as well as their cost of living.

Many places in Europe wear an extra layer of clothing rather than turning the heat up and have learned to do more car pooling because their fuel costs are much higher than the US. Many of them come to the US to do their seasonal shopping because it's more affordable - makes you wonder what everything is costing there if they have to pay the cost to travel plus their purchases and still save money.

Everyday freedom like garage sales and such are not allowed because the government can't tax them on it as easily. They are practically taxed to breathe - which is why our forefathers had the good sense to come to America and begin establishing one of the greatest countries in the world - and in my opinion the very best country to live in.

Before you go to those countries to look at what they have to offer, check out their immigration laws to see if you would even be welcome. Because of the many immigration problems that people have been facing around the world, I think you will find that the US is one of the most generous and open countries.

But if you're not happy living in the US, by all means leave. We need patriotic people in the US who will defend our rights and work to make our country even better, not people who want to take and never give back or turn their backs on their country when the going gets tough.

Good luck in your research and new ventures. You may have to denounce your citizenship to the US as not all countries allow dual citizenship. Don't be surprised if you are turned away when you try to come back after discovering that other countries have a different set of problems from the ones you are currently running away from.

Here is a current list for the best quality of life. Unfortunately, the United States has been dropping in quality since Bush became president and stopped enforcing our immigration laws. It has caused a slow decline in our economy.
