It is simple they shot you if you try to enter illegally into Mexico and they give you maps to leave and come to the USA with high light stops for jobs working for the rich and infamous Hollywood Commies. Also they pass out free get out of jail cards from the Federal prosecute in Texas who would rather put our guards in jail.
