Sounds brilliant to me, imagine Tennessee coming up with a very good idea.
Considering that I personally have witnessed possible illegals cashing pay checks at a store without showing any sort of ID, I doubt this is a workable solution.

You may discourage the illegal aliens from the south but how do you address the millions of illegal aliens coming from Asia, Russia, Ireland, China, Cuba, etc.
We don't talk about them because they havn't been targeted yet as the illegal Hispanics have. You would be shocked as to how many there are in the united states working jobs that no American will take because the Welfare system is too good.
Here's a good one: Revamp the welfare system so that Americans have to work and then they will take the jobs that illegal aliens are getting and when the illegal aliens can't find work here they will probably stop coming over.
That would help but taking away jobs and social services would work best.
Then we would have a lot of sober illegals, who quit smoking.

That is way to many valuables for someone to leave lying around. Any single one of those things is hard to obtain in the first place, and if lost would cause major problems. Also, needing a passport and visa is unnecessary if someone is planning to stay in the US anyways...

no,there is no stopping them as long as employers,the powers that be and the store owners cater to them.also the landlords that rent to illegal persons are not held accountable.without jobs and a place to stay they would be forced to come here the legal way.
