Hello, I am immigrant with expired status living in Wisconsin. New law since April 1st 2007 requiers proof of legal residense. I was wondering can i show my faken permanent resident card as a proof of citezenship or residense? Are they checking it with INS? I have valid Social Security Number (cause I used to be legal but love this country tooooo much to leave).

Sure! You can present it, but can you spell "deportation"? The first thing you should do is obey the law, not ask if someone can tell you how to break it. Not a good move on your part!
I agree 100% with grama_arlene. As for the comments of America First ... dude you don't know a thing about applyng for anything with the INS. If he is here illegal he will not be allowed to adjust status unless they pass that new law they keep taking about. Good luck to you Mr. Allien. lool
