If you mean the contact thing it just means when those people come on you see their questions and answers on your page without having to go through all of the questions.
I started putting people on my list but stopped pretty much, since I happen to read pretty fast, and generally go through the questions.
You pick people that you want to watch for their postings - because you agree or disagree with them - and you get a 'heads up' on your profile page.
If that isn't what your asking about - going to have to make it clearer for me to give a shot at a better reply.
Your question makes no sense at all.. did you mean "what"? Maybe that's why they don't post.
