I have urugway citizenship but not havin it's passport can i travel on my indian passport to europe.?
Answer:
I am guessing (by your statement) that you have recently received the Citizenship of other country and you were an Indian Citizen earlier.
If that is the case then you SHOULD NOT travel on your Indian passport at all. You must get the new passport for which you have accquired the citizenship and travel on that passport. You must also get your Indian Passport canncelled immediatly by sending it to the nearest Indian Post/Mission.
Indian consitution doesn't not allow a person to be a dual national. The moment you accquire foreign nationality (passport or nationality certificate) you cease to be an indian national and hence travelling on Indian Passport is illegal.
Hope this helps. Any more questions please do not hesitate to ask.

if europes visa free from Uruguay, i think ull need to apply for a Uruguay passport, otherwise get a visa if u need 1 for anindian passport, im not totally sure, but ask people at the indian embacy or the Uruguay embacy, they would know.
and btw, europes a continent not nation
It's spelled Uruguay. Contact the Indian consulate they would know how to handle this issue.
The new passports have biometric standards which officals are trained to recognize and the newer and older ones are scannable by computers .
If you go to Europe on an Indian passport you'll be treated like an Indian. Your Uruguay citizenship certificate will not do much except complicate matters and have people wondering if it's fake. Talk to the Uruguay embassy if you're not in Uruguay and see what you can do about obtaining it.
If you want the rights that Uruguayans have overseas then you need their passport.
PS It's generally safer to travel on two passports in case you lose one or one becomes damaged.
you can go to europe with your indian passport...if it's still valid...otherwise you have to contact the indian embassy and see what your options are...and then contact the embassy in Uruguay embassy and apply for a passport there...it does take a while though...but you can get one through express delivery for an extra fee...
