Can I apply for the U.K. visa again?
Answer:
When you say your appeal failed, did your circumstances go to an appeals tribunal? if not, you should request that your circumstances are heard at an immigration tribunal, where any sponsor you have in the uk can attend. If it has already been to tribunal, you should have a written reason why you have been refused a visa. Until you can prove that your circumstances meet the reason that your appeal was denied you are unlikely to get another visa. It is likely though that any subsequent application will be turned down in the first instance and will have to go to appeal, so expect the whole process of any further application to last at least 4 months (maybe much longer).
Doubt it....Best you stay where you are.
what are your reasons for coming here? is it education? family? give us a few more details please.
