Well according to the bill they don't even need to do that [touch back]. There are so many waivers listed that "maybe" 1 in 20 would have to "go back".
Again the Democrats and Republicans double-team Americans to keep their corporate masters and Mexican maids happy.

It makes no sense to cater to criminals. It is not moral or ethical.
Guess that would make the authors of that bill, and those that support it, both immoral and unethical.
It is nothing but a little political manuevering to enable them to say "see we made them obey the law" while essentially giving amnesty to 20 million people who broke the very first law that they encountered in the US. And of course once they bring in their families that they will be legally entitled to bring in that number will be more like 60 million. Say goodbye to anything resembling a living wage America,we will soon be a third world country just like Mexico.
