How would I go about working in immigration and integration?
Answer:
How about doing voluntary work in a youth club or similar? Social cohesion isn't just about ethnic minorities, alienation and social exclusion affects many communities. For careers, it's going to depend on experience and qualifications - teaching, social work, youth work, probation, all come to mind. Try a careers advice centre. Good luck.

get a teaching career mate. u can teach british standards and expectations to all minoroties. not being racist but i think these people do need more attention and education. which is good point you raised. so teaching career seems best option to me.
check on the home office.gov site. Jobs are rare but not impossible to find. Prepare for the entry exams to qualify and then prepare for the grilling, most difficult interview. Good luck. Ah, remember, you need to be Brit Cit.
Go to BirmIslam there's plenty of shyt for you to get on with there pal
Try the "Vacancy" column in your local paper.
Why not get a job working for the Department of Communities and Local Government? They deal with social cohesion. Would be rewarding work.
