Is Canada better or Australia?

I prefer Australia
depends on your reasons for immigration.
it's a personal choice,you can get all the advice in the world from other people but you would need to visit both countries and make your own decision.
by the way i am in the process of emmigrating to canada from the u.k.
canada for the last 3 yrs running has been voted #1 place in the world to live!
Canada because I want to improve my french and I love love love the cold weather. I also want a decent pair of ice skates (can't get those in Australia).
I already lived in Australia. It's good but I want to try somewhere else.
Both countries have similar values and the same easy-going attitudes.
