What do you mean? Do you want everyone to be provided with a job and a free college education? It will never happen no should it.
never, even if u offer everyone a job and education a lot of people will complain about what type of job they have to do or school they have to attend. some people are just inherently unemployable and ignorant. there will always be a place in society for manual labor which may not require school education but rather i learn from watching and doing. as long as people have free will this will never happen

When every person (lets excuse those with serious mental impairments for now) decides they want to be educated wants to work, and get off their duffs and work hard in school or at a job. This county has educational opportunities (free) for all children. College, another story, if every high school kid was college bound, there's not enough slots. However, educated can be in a trade (and much needed) and can be obtained on the job. Some jobs don't require a great deal of education but they still need to be filled. (Many service jobs) However, until those service jobs pay a living wage, it is hard for people to get motivated by them. Lots of people work two of them, full time, and can't support a family, even without frills. The earning power of wages has declined steadily since a peak, I think it was, in 1973. So we are going backwards. I got a college degree in 2005, age, middle 40's, and yet I make less now than I did in 1999 in dollars, and that on top of the inflation, I'm no better off than I was then in terms of the purchasing power of my income. It's too complex a problem for any person to answer. Until we have GOOD daycare for babies and pre-k kids, (which is so important to future learning), it's hard to get parents (esp moms) into the workplace- all the money goes to bad daycare, Mom's exhausted and can't spend any quality time, she may be uneducated herself, father may be absent, children unsupported. Current government is spending less and lesson on social services, college aid. It only drives the higher paying jobs overseas. It's complicated. See I started with the traditional conservative rant about how all you have to do is have desire and work hard and then ended up saying that isn't even enough anymore for everyone. It is hard to come to grips with. Come up with a plan, and run for President!
with all the mass illegal immigration it is all downhill from here. We are taking on mostly illiterates.
I think you mean "when will we become a fully educated & employed country?" I point that out bcz of the nature of your question. I think when everyone prioritizes things better. Especially the gov't.
When they practice equality, and everybody will have the same opportunity, in the meanwhile only few get those privileges.
