IF YOU are illegal willl they report you to your country?
Answer:
it denpends. what did you do. how many years did you spend in jail and all that
They're SUPPOSED to but, they don't always.
Deport, often yes. It depends on the level of crime. If there is an 'immigration hold' on you, that shows they intend to. Also, more states are looking through jails and prisons for those who could be on an immigration hold, so it could be put on at any time during the sentence.
People here are not very keen on having 'twice illegal' people in the country.
The should, that is the law.
Do you mean "deport"? Yes, they usually do.
getting release from prison, deportation is certain because that is state n federal. I dont know about jail time for city and county if they care about who is who.
They are suppose to, but it is usually not done, because of the cost and paper work, and I am only guessing but the jail staff finds it easier just to release the illigals
Local police usually don't care if you are illegal. They believe it is a federal issue. Most of the time they will not report you, however if you have false documents and fake social security numbers, or are unidentifiable they will report you to ICE.
