C'mon ...that's a silly question. I'm sure the logistics have been worked out and they'll know...here's one guess, maybe you didn't think of it. Fingerprints.
But I think you're missing the real problem. Here it is: 99% of the people will not leave their families behind for an indefinite number of years. That's the biggest flaw.
And 99% will not trust the government enough to believe they will ever get a pass at legalization.
It's an absurd request. they've put this impossible measure to equate to no amnesty.
Well, when they get the rights of legal aliens and get the benefits like unemployment and Workman's comp, then illegals will come up here and take their jobs. Since the legals are here legally, then they will be eligible for unemployment and lower income benefits like food stamps and medicare/medicaid. Well, then when the next group of illegals become legal through the next amnesty program, there will be even more legal aliens sucking off the tit.
Well, what about this?
Most of the illegals are here because they did not want to go through the process required: filling out paperwork, keeping up with that paperwork, paying small (35-75 bucks) fees for different forms they need for different things, then waiting the year or two before they become permanent.
Well, why do they think that the illegals are going to be able to pay 5000 bucks and go back for up to 8 yrs, just to be able to become LEGAL?
All that is going to happen is that the government is going to excuse all of what they are saying that is required later. Or else the illegals are going to be able to claim that they can't afford such fines and then the taxpayers are going to have to pay that for them too.
