Am i gonna have a poblem?

am filling for green card dont have my husband bith certificate to prove that his american what should i do

Answer:
If you are using your husband I would think that if they require a birth certificate then you need to get a copy of this document BEFORE you file the paperwork. Contact the county where he was born.
You can get 1 from the County clerk of court in the State & city of birth.
Fist of all, you cannot file for yourself, you husband needs to be the petiotioner, and secondly they will not process the application without the necssary documents, so consider the application denied!!!! and your money is down the drain!!!
You should try to get a copy of the birth certificate.Do you know where he was born .Hospital ,local Townhalls usually have Birth certificate on file .If you have the money, get a lawyer or investigator they may come up with something.Good Luck.
Yes. I had to do the same paperwork for my husband (he is from Mexico)- You have to have a birth certificate for you and your husband! If his is missing - then go to the board of health in the city of where your husband was born, or go on-line to order one.
oh great, another illegal coming here.
