well I have never really seen any white people , i have seen tan , black, yellow, red and light brown , a pale fleshy color too but white never seen them on this planet so you going to have a hard time finding this place , now there are some countries out there that don't see color of skin . but they are really far and down in the southern hemisphere , good luck and let us know when you find these white people ,
Actually, you won't find one, because for the most part non-europeans tend to mess up their own countries then leave for Western Europe and the USA and Canada, so that they can mess upp someone else's land. Sorry, you ain't gonna find a truly white country or homeland.
