Not that it makes it right but the real criminals in this trial are Johnny Sutton and Debra Kanof. They bullied and threatened everyone involved in the case to play the game their way or be prosecuted.
Everyone rolled over and did what the prosecution wanted. " The agents were given immunity for their testimony" tells all. What did the agents have to fear? They knew what happened and they did not report it and the supervisors did not report it. It is obvious that the prosecution was out to make a case any way they could.

Sutton prosecuted the sheriff who shot at the tires of a vehicle he had pulled over. The car tried to run the sheriiff over but he prosecutes the sheriff because one of the cars occupants was injured? They were breaking the law and last I heard trying to run someone over is considered assault with a deadly weapon.
I see a pattern here. Sutton prosecutes law enforcement officers who try to do their jobs. Message is clear. Take a break, eat a doughnut and let the illegal traffic roll on in unabated.

I get the same gut feeling as Ice Agent said. I often wonder if their weren't a few who have a nice little deal going down there and they needed to set these 2 up because they were a threat to them. If I'm not mistaken the other agents were hispanic as well. I don't know about the supervisors. But it's quite well known how supporters of this open borders business will turn on their own and lie without a thought ,in order to get rid of the opposition. We have too many in power with the full intent NOT to enforce our laws and they will stop at nothing to sabatoge efforts of those who are trying to. I've even read the bullet in the smugglers butt wasn't fired from either agents gun!
