Yes, go in most African countries, and once you put a feet in there, trow your passport... They will not really care if you don`t do troubles!

No they don't. However you must be there legally, as well as invited. Working at a job you have been offered, Or supported by a business you have opened.

Evidently America. They don't require that you even be legal from what we are seeing. Just have the ability to ride here in a semi, or walk across.

You can get temporary or permanent residence in a number of countries without being a citizen. It just depends on the country.

Many countries allow you to live there without citizenship.. some by acquiring a permanent resident status and others just by the fact you were born in a certain country or even that your parents/grandparents were born in a certain country.
actually immigrants usually do not have to take out citizenship in some countries although the vast majority do.
