I have lost my alien registration card and want to go back to america, will i still be in the system?
Answer:
I've seen 'Men in Black'. Don't worry it probably just means that you'll be picked up and questioned by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
No jokes apart..It depends on how long it is since you were last in the USA. You'll need to contact the American Embassy for proper advice but If it's less than 12 months then I think that you should be OK as long as you have a couple of documents as proof of your identity, like a current passport and birth certificate, ID or credit cards etc. You'll probably have some forms to complete but if you have travelled there recently you should be still on the system.
If it's been longer than 12 months and you want to work there permanently then you'll need to reapply for a green card.

Good luck !!
Hopefully not!
Contact the US Embassy before you travel. They have dealt with this before.
First, if you've been out of the United States for more than a year your card is no longer valid.
You need to file a police report on the lost card. Take the police report to the closest US embassy or consulate and report the card lost. They will assist you in getting an entry permit if you are still eligible.
You should be, if it is still valid.
