What does "skilled worker" mean, refering to the imigration bill?
Answer:
Skilled worker - this means that the person has some type of job training. For example computer programming, carpenter.
Unskilled work is considered digging ditches, landscape laborer, cuting grass, working at McDonald's, etc.
What ever the applicant wants it to be, who is going to check on 12-25 million applications
I think its for everyone who has a needed skill. My answer is vague because the term is.

They are asking if the applicant is skilled in let's say..
working with cement...laying bricks
or construction..climbing or scaling walls
working on heavy equipment, cranes, roadgraders, bulldozers etc...or electrician, plumber...get it?
