Immigration papers. There are 3 places u can get these

1. The INS
2. Soc. Sec. Office
3. Carlos Mencia
I-130 by you
I-485 by her
G-325A by you and by her
I-864 by you
I-765 by her if she wants work auth.
I-131 if she wants travel permission (caution: there are circumstances under which this isn't filed because it's NOT a good idea to travel.
SB answered correctly. Except that -- she doesn't become a citizen first, she becomes a permanent resident. You can download these forms from USCIS.gov (I search for uscis on google).

NOTE -- the immigration fees are about to increase drastically. If you wait until July, it will probably cost you almost twice as much as it does now.

If she has any issues of convictions for crimes or fraud or anything, you should really consult with a lawyer before filing the application.
