Why aren't all law enforcement agency's allowed to uphold this nations laws?

they use the race card. and our wonderful govt is terrified of being called racist. while we Americans don't give a crap anymore what we are called. we need to demand our laws are enforced.

I don't know why Law Enforcement isn't allowed to help.This is a question I've been asking for 2 years.Something needs to change on this issue and the only way I see it changing is to change our present laws and give them the right to ask and detain if the person doesn't hold a visa.
Alot of these laws are passed for show, the government has no intention of actually enforcing them. the fence is a good example, congress passed a bill for 700 miles and has built less than 3
In Arizona we do arrest illegal aliens. It has been an issue because our Sheriff Joe actually does his job and follows the law.
Why others do not enforce the laws is beyond me; if it was a tax paying American sure as the sun shines we would be expected to follow the law.
Guess only a certain class of criminals that are not Americans are allowed to break them continuously without intervention from the very people we vote for.
Our County enforces all laws, including immigration status laws. We deal with ICE on pretty much a daily basis.
The legal profession in our country is one big mess. Appeal, appeal, appeal. Delay, delay, delay. Above all find a technicality. Why? Because in many cases the attorney's are paid from public funds. The longer the case drags the more they earn. We have a congress made up largely of lawyers creating this big mess by design. I'm convinced of it. We are constantly told what a wonderful country we live in because we are a country of laws. But when evildoers and enemies use our laws against us, a line in the sand should be drawn. My god, even the immigration bill these idiots are trying to push thru guarantees legal representation by our government for illegals.
Give us all a break.We need a revolution. We are being sold down the tubes.
