So you're saying that as a contractor, you've come across illegals with false papers that are trying to get a job from you? I would call them back in for a 2nd interview, but beforehand, I would call ICE and tell them what time the person is expected to be at your office, that way they can be there waiting for them. I applaude you. Finally someone that is doing the right thing over the east thing of paying for cheap labor. Good Job.!
Dont bother , it will only cause YOU the trouble . System is set up to protect illegals . I say that as one that is against illegal immigration.
You can report them check out USCIS.GOV for information, or even local law enforecement, but dont expect anyone to come rushing out with guns drawn. Nothing happens EVER, unless the person has committed a crime and by then the police are involved first.
Take the I-9s that your workers filled out (you are complying with the I-9 law aren't you?) and take them to the nearest Immigration and Customs Enforcement office (www.ice.gov) and explain your concerns.

Call ICE. Hopefully you are not the one hiring them because that is illegal. There are ways to check to see if their documents are legitimate.
Karma. Report them and something you did in your past just might come back and bite you on the ***. It's not about right or wrong but you better make sure your record is squeaky clean.
don't even bother, they are here for an opportunity to work and live a better life, and not all of the immigrants are criminals. besides, there are many criminals in the u.s. that ARE CITIZENS but i don't see anyone else crying about that! all of this "illegal criminal immigrants" stuff is just another saying of racism.
Call me, I'll show you where to shove your contracts! There is nothing wrong or bad about a person that comes from another country(who risks their lives trying to get here by the way!) just to support their families back at home! I support immigrants- they are brave and good people.

Hispanic looking and Spanish speaking does not mean they are illegal. My suggestion is to report your suspicions to the ICE and cooperate with em. If they are legal but Hispanic looking and only Spanish speaking and you independently devise a scheme to detain em, you will be in a lot of civil and criminal trouble. If you do such a scheme with the blessing and command of the government, they are to blame.
