We are discriminated against all the time. What about the illegal alien college students that get in-state/free tuition when citizens don't there are soldiers returning from Iraq and don't get the in-state tuition but someone that breaks the law does - is that fair?
If I complain that the illegal aliens are criminals, which they are because they are breaking the law, I am called a racist. I don't care if they are from Mexico, England, Canada or Egypt. If they are here ILLEGALLY they are not suppose to be here.

very true...and what i don't get is why legal citizens are required to pay taxes even if they live abroad but illegals can live here free, enjoy our heathcare, educational, public services and social security but legal citizens are told there will probably not be any social security available when our generation gets ready to retire. sounds like bias and discrimination to me.

The word Illegal implies a crime. If you smoke weed, this is illegal. Technically, you are an illegal if you are drinking underage, or driving under the influence.
The people coming into America are undocumented. This is different from being illegal. They are working class, or underpriveleged human beings, without documents.
