Should we disband the Immigration Service ?

We are told they are unable to protect our Borders, illegals are found everywhere. The Police are not allowed to ask a persons
Legal status. Congress said, the Problem, is unsolveable. If we disband the INS, we could use the money to fly the illegals
over to make their trips into America, safer. What do you think?

Answer:
We should untie the hands of our enforcers and let them do their jobs.
I think you should make an attempt on it even if you run 99.9% chance of failing.
what we need to do is send these animals back to where they came from with a warning. the next time you are caught on US soil illegally it will be the last thing you do. and then we should kill them by firing squad or use them as guinea pigs to find the cure to aids / cancers...
We could save a lot of tax money if we simply disband it. They aren't really doing anything of any permanence.
If we funnel that money into our military and invade the countries from where the illegals are coming from, we can just make it a U.S. territory and then they wouldn't be illegal aliens anymore.

Problem solved.
SURPRISE!...SURPRISE! I didn't know we had one.
Thats good sarcasm. Made me laugh.
I agree with cyclops
No, what I think we should do is make visa's or a z-visa available.Get the electronic visa system which can be used by Law enforcement and employers up and running.Let them apply for the visa and do an extensive background check both here and in their country of origin.Complete physicals for contagious disease. If they pass these requirements they get issued the visa.If they don't they get deported.

Once the visa system is in place Law enforcement should have the right to ask a persons status. If they can't show at least a temporary visa which would be issued as they await the process of the z-visa they should be detained until law enforcement receives word of their status. If it comes back they didn't apply hold until deportation.

Employers would be heavily fined if it's found out they hired people without the new visa because they will also have access to the electronic visa system. If they continue to break the law they lose their license.

Simple and efficient.
