Gustavo Aldolfo, 26, was arrested after being accused of running over Orlando Carrion as the boy rode his bicycle in southwest Oklahoma City on Monday. Carrion was listed in good condition late Wednesday afternoon at The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Aldolfo was being held Wednesday night at the Oklahoma County jail in lieu of $8,000 bail on complaints of leaving the scene of an injury accident, having no driver's license, having no insurance and giving false information, according to jail records.
"If and when he does bond out ... he would be booked out of custody as a state inmate and booked in as a federal inmate,” Oklahoma City police Sgt. Paco Balderrama said.

This man should serve 20 or more years in McAlester State Penitentiary. Too many federal judges allow a criminal illegal alien to agree to deportation, then give them a date to leave, and allow them to go free. Many simply change identities and do not leave at all. Fugitive aliens are those who abscond from deportation orders and there are far too many of them. The federal level should make positively sure they are deported and do not get a chance to change identities and cause further harm.
An illegal alien was arrested in a drug-investigation in Rogers, AR. During the bust, she shot and wounded a cop. Federal officials took her to Tennessee where a federal judge accepted her offer to voluntarily deport. Three months later, she had not reported back to Mexico as required in the agreement. I hope Oklahoma locks this one up and throws away the key.
There were never any hit and run accidents or traffic fatalities before the illegals came. The US was perfectly safe.

what's your opinion on police killing illegals leaving them on the side of the street and then covering all up. like three cases in new york state. or the case of a guy that got run over also in new york by a police car and the police guy did not even stop and there's a lot of witnesses that say he did it and the guy died in the hospital because he did not get medical attention.
