ECNR - Emmigration clearance not required, is necessary for a few countries. The following are few examples which will get you a ECNR stamping.
A 3 year Degree or Diploma.
2-3 years IT returns filed.
You will get a waiver if you buy certain amount of Dollars, depending on how long you stay in the visiting country. Hope this helps.

Ecnr not required or ecnr required. if it says ecnr required u cen get it changed to ecnr not required from Passport Office provided u are at least a matriculate or an Income Tax Payyee. go to Passport Office with proof of either of these twon things and u can get the stamp ECNR not required. it is not difficult at all
