From the American point of view; Are Lebanese, Syrians, Iranians, Turks, Uzbek's, "Whites" or " "Muslims" ?
just wondering. . . .
Answer:
According to the 2000 US Census, the groups you list are considered "white" or Caucasian.
According to the NAAACP and other groups, they are Middle Easterners and should not be called "white" or Caucasian.
They're not white and muslim isn't a race so neither.
foreigners with funny accents, beyond that.human beings.
who cares...their lebanese or syrian or iranian or turkish
I don't know if they are all white or Muslim sorry.I don't really have an answer.
White is a race and muslim is a practitioner of a religion. There can be white muslims, black muslims, arabic muslims.
There are Muslims, Christians and Jews in Lebenon, Syria, Iran, Turkey, Uzbekastan ect.
Racially these countries are diverse as well. The majority of Iranians are Persian, but there are also Jewish and Arabic people there as well for instance.
I would say that most of them are both white and Muslim. Some might be darker than others and some might be not be Muslim.
which american

I've been to Turkey and Iran and they have quite a diverse population. Turkish have good looks!
Except for the Lebanese, I see them , as White, Asian and Muslim. I was told Lebanese was 50% christian.
From the American point of view, Lebanese is a citizenship, "white" is a purely subjective idea of skin tone, and "Muslim" is a religion. They are not related to one another.
