Canadians can possess multiple nationality with any country,

It's not that Canada specifically "allows" this. Canadian law simply has no prohibition on multiple nationality at all.

Because it's not prohibited, that means it's allowed, by default.
most of CANADIAN citizens are not racist and accepts anyone that want to visit or move to Canada ,but we are prejudice against terrorists.
