I dont think you should "marry and settle" or live life for others.
You have to be happy. I think honesty is imperative.

Life is all of the above and more.Each life is like a wide spectrum with variety of colors,hues ,band widths,combinations and overlapping of colors and the proverbial rain bows.There is nothing exclusive in life like 'this' or 'that'or non.A balanced and well lived can encompass anything and every thing,may be ,in phased manner but surely all inclusive.
