Answer:
I think it is unamerican. I get frustrated with those who want to come to america but change what America is when they get here. I guess I feel that if you choose to move to another country then you should be prepared to at least accept the way of life of that country. I am not saying that you need to totally disregard your own heritage but you at least need to be willing to learn the ways of your new country to succeed and not expect that country to change for you. We are a melting pot and for the most part willing to accept the difference of others but I don't think we should have to disregard our way of life because someone who chose to come to America doesn't want to be an American.
FEDS:
Build the FENCE;
ENFORCE the laws;
DEPORT illegals;
SANCTION employers!

yes it is unamerican. people have changed the pledge of allegiance too. i don't agree with that either. people have just become so un patriotic it's ridiculous! these people think they can come here and change this country and it will adapt. granted, we are a melting pot but the problem is that our americans suffer and other countries get the help. that is one reason why people feel they can come here and do what ever to whom ever they want. i wish they would try that with someone like me. i am a us marine and they wouldn't get to far telling me something like that.
