I don't know much but I heard in Russia, they have this type of service where they usually find a desperate americans and desperate russians and match them up. Usually the americans that apply need a fast bride where the russians they need better life and opportunity that they can have in America. But I wouldn't recommend you to do this. Your own citizenship is your gift.

First of all in order to even attempt something like this
you have to prove that you can support them and yourself when you file with immigration so if your so broke you have to do this then you must not have had any income so you wont be able to prove it to INS on your 864 affidavit of support
and if you can your still stuck if they get hospitalized or in an accident or pregnant the government will make you pay the bill and if you dint provide support for the person when needed they can actually sue your ***.
