I know what you mean. Ive seen illegal immigrants hanging their flag and even burning ours! Its seems like we are giving in too. Im so tired of it. I understand them coming here, but we shouldnt change the system for them. Im so frustrated!

I don't think there's any confusion here. Your point is well taken. If we forgive lawbreaking, over and over, eventually the legal system breaks down.
However, I would argue that the problem isn't in the amnesty. It is in two things. First, too many laws, and second not enough enforcement.
If we had fewer laws about stupid things like wearing seat belts or jaywalking, or medical marijuana, law enforcement would have much more time to focus on serious offenses. Also, if the laws we had were things that people respected, they'd have more respect for law enforcement, and therefore would be more likely to report things.
The difficulty with illegal immigration isn't the amnesty. It's the lack of enforcement that we've had for 20 years since the last amnesty. And that lack of enforcement is partly due to staff shortages. In fact, they're so short staffed that they can't even process paperwork for the people who want to come here or stay here legally. Probably a fair number of the illegals don't even know that they're illegal because of paperwork snafus. We need to put more emphasis on this issue nationally. Our system is utterly broken.
I´m mexican, I agree the -poor- mexicans must not cross the border illegaly, that´s one thing.

Amnesty is defending the mexicans because you don´t have no right to shoot at the mexicans just because they are crosing the border, there are a lot of americans that cause a lot of disturbs here in Cancún, and the SWAT of Mexico could shoot and kill all those people, do you understand?

You are not allowed to break any laws or you'll be in the slammer. Being illegal is a great way to avoid being in jail! OH, thanks to Teddy, they'll be voting and getting tax breaks even tough they don't pay taxes. Law abiding seems to be a thing of the past unless you're an American. Using the logic of the pro-illegal, since we can't deport all 12 to 20 million, we can't catch all rapist either so lets just make rape legal.
