Looks like you asked this question twice. As I said before, you really just want her to prove her "ties to home"--owning property or cars, good job at home, and family are the best ways. The job I think is the most compelling. I encourage people to get a letter from their employer showing that they'll be coming back after the visit to their job.
I don't know where you got all of this information, but it's not true! I applied for naturalization papers for my Mexican husband, permanent residency, and a marriage visa, more than a year ago. I haven't heard anything yet! Immigration is very crooked people! They just want money! Good Luck!
