Immigration help?

my wife in india just got denied her visa to come live with me in the USA after waiting for two years and the embassy of india forward our case to home land security here in the USA. what do i do know and what will the USA do with my case.

Answer:
It's unfortunate and unfair, but the US has so many illegal immigrants that they have to turn away legal immigrants. Contact your congressmen and Senators and the white house and insist that our immigration laws be upheld, that illegal aliens be returned to their country of origin and that more legal immigrants be allowed into the USA.

I have all the sympathy in the world for you and your wife. It's not fair that those who try to follow the law are punished because so many refuse to follow the laws. It's an even bigger crime that our government allows this to happen.
you need to keep on going to the embassy and explained to them your issue and that she is your wife and that you want to start a living in the usa.
i actually met someone that had that problem... but he ended up moving to canada so i guess that doesn't really help
HIt the U.S. immigration site and appeal. www.uscis.gov/
Hire a lawyer
Write your congressman, senator, etc
