My boyfriend needs a paper saying he was forgiven or case was dismissed from an arrest he had many years ago, I don't know what it's called or where he could get it, he needs it for immigration. If anyone has any idea it would be super greatly appreciated.

If the case was dismissed or he was not guilty, the county court where he was arrested should be able to provide you with the court documents.
