Certainly anyone who doesnt have proper papers, birth cert, passport, and the like should be held until the identity can be verified.

held where? Do we have 20million extra beds in our jails? Oh yeah it really is more cause half their kids are not counted cause they are Americans- so maybe 30 million extra beds. And then we feed them, and then we medicate them, and then after all this what? Deport them? 'What about the minors who are citizens? we dont have to like that law but it is the law. Sorry your plan is not feasable. They arent coming in my house without a warrant. Not to search. And Im not an immigrant or Mexican. No. not happening. You want them coming to your house and searching it for illegals? Scaring your kids? Be realistic.
yup they should styart digging up all illegals from cemetary and start shipping them back wait that would leave this country with it's true citizens the native indians
I think your idea has some merit. I'd be happy to let the Minutemen into my home and anywhere in/on my property to search for illegals, but only the premise that if one is found, I get to shoot it for trespassing.
