It seems far fetched, considering that the Mexican government has over 50 Consulars in the USA ,ten both in California and Texas, to protect the rights and promote the care and feeding of their citizens, it could be the master plan to colonize us, one illegal at a time. The 2% in Mexico that controls all the wealth do not retain powder because they are stupid.
