Why is ' Big Brother' Apologizing to Mexico?
Why does the Mexican government care more about the Mexican flag then its people. The encourage their poverty driven citizens to cross to greener pastures, but demand a apologize for the miss treatment of their flag. Where is their apologe for when Mexicans burn our flag

They shouldn't have thrown the balloons unless they were throwing them to put out the fire from the American flag the Mexican flag wavers were burning and missed.
If Mexico thinks their flag is so great, they should insist their citizens respect those of other nations as well.
But can we can't expect that since they don't prevent their citizens from violating our borders while considering their own border sancrosanct. It is hypocrisy.
Hmm...sounds like we should be doing something here in the states with it, since Mexicans think that they can desecrate our flag...maybe that would wake people up.
I have never understood the vehement loyalty to a piece of cloth whether here or elsewhere. I find it to be very petty.

Why would you consider unusal the fact that the mexican government is asking for an apology? Every government would do the exact same thing if their flag was being disrespected.
And then again, how can any of you imply that it is a common practice for mexicans to burn US flags everywhere?
I think that there was no intention to disrespect the mexican flag in the video, and I dont see a problem in the asking and the conceding of an apollogy.
ANYWAY... what bothers me is that people reply to a question about a specific act involving a flag with comments about the border.
